This is to die for!!!! A perfect “cheesecake” for the dairy-free person and it is loaded with protein and micro nutrients. It is free from refined sugars or preservatives and makes for a delicious after meal treat.
I used organic rice syrup instead of honey and because I had no lemons I used orange rind. It was still sweet and wonderful!
