What’s up Wednesday

As we push on further into the week we become more tired and it becomes that little bit harder to get up in the morning. Guess what though, we are half way there so, get up and start today with a circuit that can be completed at home, in the gym or in the park

See below four exercises, complete 25 reps followed by 20, 15, 10 and 5 reps after completing your reps and before moving on to your next set complete 100m shuttle run, stair climb or if your at home 1 min star jumps.

Squats
Push ups
Mountain climbers
Tricep dips
