What do I mean by the 100m run/sprint, 30, 20, 10

Complete 100m run/sprint then 30 of the listed exercises rest 1 minute
Complete 100m run/sprint then 20 of the listed exercises rest 1 minute
Complete 100m run/sprint then 10 of the listed exercises then your done
