There has come a time for all of us where we want to train but we don’t have all the usual equipment of weight machines, medicine balls, kettlebells, resistance bands and all the other fun equipment that we are use to.Away from the gym, on holidays, don’t have the opportunity to leave the house? Try the below workout.
Perform each exercise for 30, 45 or 60 seconds depending on your fitness level, rest for 1 minute and repeat two more times.
- Push ups
- Alternate Lunges
- Mountain climbers
