No equipment workout

There has come a time for all of us where we want to train but we don’t have all the usual equipment of weight machines, medicine balls, kettlebells, resistance bands and all the other fun equipment that we are use to.Away from the gym, on holidays, don’t have the opportunity to leave the house? Try the below workout.

Perform each exercise for 30, 45 or 60 seconds depending on your fitness level, rest for 1 minute and repeat two more times.

  • Sprint
  • Squats
  • Push ups
  • Alternate Lunges
  • Mountain climbers

Need more? Check in tomorrow morning I will be posting a variation to the above workout which will incorporate a more high intensity focus.

  1. This morning I took our mighty Trainers advice and decided to use this no equipment workout as my fitness supplement. After my high intensity interval running session for 30 minutes (followed by 10 minute incline stationary cycling) I did this workout supplement and boy did I feel it!!
